Waiting for a taxi in Dubai is a unique experience by itself. You finish your work after a long freaking day, you have high hopes of finding a taxi to take you home and get some rest. Apparently high hopes alone cannot get you a taxi brother!! You need to wait and wait for one or two hours so that at the end after you have completely lost your hopes, you find someone whose heart is tender enough to take you home, even though you have called the freaking taxi company and received undeniable promises of getting you a taxi.
Hey readers, do not freak out, this is not the norm. It does happen though every now and then, and actually takes place in worst conditions and under the scathing heat and the unbearable humidity. And when it happens, you truly, really hate your life in Dubai.
